Common Pain → Our Answer

When the customer says X, here's how to frame what we do. Don't read these scripts - internalize the pattern, then talk like a human.

Pain #1: "Our data lives in 5 different systems"

What they're really saying

"My people copy/paste between tools all day. I can't trust any single number because everything is reconciled by hand. I'm scared of making decisions on bad data."

Our answer

"We build a single source of truth on top of your existing systems. We don't replace what works - we connect what's broken. Your CRM, your ERP, your QuickBooks all keep doing what they do; we layer the workflow and reporting on top so your team operates from one screen."

Hook: "Your data already exists. The problem is it doesn't talk."

Pain #2: "We tried [SaaS] and our team won't use it"

What they're really saying

"I burned $X and got nothing. The tool was generic, didn't fit how we actually work, and my team rebelled. I'm gun-shy about another software project."

Our answer

"That's exactly why off-the-shelf doesn't work for [their industry]. Generic SaaS forces you to change your process to fit their model. We do the opposite: we build the platform around how your team already works, so adoption is the default, not a fight."

Reference: "This is the third call I've had this week from someone who tried [generic SaaS] and bounced."

Pain #3: "Reporting is a manual nightmare"

What they're really saying

"Someone on my team spends 2 days a month in Excel building the same dashboards. By the time leadership gets the report, the numbers are already stale."

Our answer

"We build dashboards directly into the platform - so the report your CFO sees on Monday morning is generated from live data, not last week's spreadsheet. The day you go live, that 2-day monthly task becomes a 5-minute review."

Frame: ROI is fast and obvious. "That's $X in salary cost back to you, every month, forever."

Pain #4: "We can't scale without hiring"

What they're really saying

"Every new customer costs me a new headcount. My margins are getting compressed because I have to throw bodies at problems that should be automated."

Our answer

"You shouldn't have to hire your way out of an operational problem. The platform automates the workflows that create the headcount need in the first place. We typically see clients absorb 2x growth without adding ops headcount - that's the whole game."

Frame: "Hire fewer people, pay them more, ship more revenue."

Pain #5: "We're worried about IT/security/integration"

What they're really saying

"I've been burned before. I don't want to deal with a year-long implementation, broken integrations, or a vendor that disappears."

Our answer

"Fair concern - most of those horror stories come from big-vendor implementations. We deliver in weeks, not quarters. Cloud-native, enterprise security baked in, and a single team owns your platform end-to-end. You won't get bounced between an account manager, an implementation partner, and a support queue."

Proof point: "Our smallest projects ship in 6 weeks. Largest in 4 months. Compare that to [competitor]."

Pain #6: "We don't even know what we want"

What they're really saying

"I know something is broken but I can't articulate the requirements. I don't want to spec out a project I'll regret."

Our answer

"That's exactly where we start. We do a paid discovery - short, targeted - that gets you a roadmap and a fixed-price proposal. You don't have to know what you want. You have to know what hurts. We translate the second into the first."

Optional close: "Discovery is $X, fully credited toward the build if you move forward."
